Our Shipping & Delivery Policy Information

If you're in the market for a picture frame, it's important to consider the dispatch and delivery options available to you. Here at AK Frames, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and convenient manner.

At present, our standard shipping option has an estimated dispatch time of 2 to 4 business days. It's important to note that ongoing Royal Mail strikes may cause further delays to your delivery.

We offer two shipping options: standard shipping and priority shipping. Our standard shipping option can vary in time depending on how busy we are. On the other hand, priority shipping guarantees your order will be made and dispatched in 1-2 business days.

To calculate the shipping costs for your order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to checkout. From there, you can select your delivery location to see the shipping costs associated with your order. Please note that the advertised shipping costs also include packaging.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 to UK Mainland addresses (excluding Highlands & Islands). To see if your order qualifies for free shipping, simply check your basket. Please note that free shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup. This email will contain your order number and a link to tracking or pickup information. You can also track your shipment by visiting the websites of our carrier partners, including DPD Local, DX Secure, and Royal Mail.

If you miss a delivery, your delivery driver may give you the option to collect your order from a local collection point or depot. To collect your order, you will need to provide proof of address and the delivery card or SMS notification.

If you prefer, you can also collect your order directly from our factory. Simply select the collect option during checkout and bring your order number with you.

We are happy to ship to remote UK destinations and international destinations. However, please note that additional shipping costs may apply. To find out more about shipping to an international destination, please contact us.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a missed carrier delivery or a damaged/incorrect delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service team will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the carrier or postal service directly to arrange delivery to a new address.
